A quick note: if you have not been invited to Residently, you will not be able to access the app.
If you think you should have been invited but not received an invite, you will need to contact your property manager.

Once you have downloaded and opened the app.
Click 'Get started'
Enter your Email Address.
This is the email address you received your invitation to
We’ll then send you an email with a magic link.
Click the “Sign in” link.
Voila. You should be signed in.
If you have followed the steps above and your app didn't login.
Click 'I have a sign in code'
Then enter the six-digit code from the email with the magic sign in link.
To log into the Residently app, you need an email invitation from the property manager. Once you’ve received this, you can then follow the steps above to log into the app. If you think you should’ve been invited but you haven’t received an invitation yet, you’ll need to contact the property manager.
As the technology platform that powers the leasing experience, we don’t own or lease any properties ourselves. All properties are managed by our partners.
Yes we can. We have a complete Resident Help Centre full of resources. You can also reach out to us via the Resident Support widget in the app as you progress through your application.
You can contact us through the app for technical support. All other messages and queries should go to the property manager or owner.
